Client Case Studies
InDeVision is dedicated to helping our clients increase business efficiency, enhance market appeal and improve employee wellness. Our Office Alive Solution™ program is based on physical science and design principles developed in Denmark and addresses the "Dead Office Syndrome" which can lead to employee absenteeism, turnover, and decreased productivity. We examine the interplay between organizational wellness, business success and physical work environments and use a variety of techniques to create harmony and integration between these three key aspects of a company.
Nordic Insurance Software
Goal: To create a healthy, clutter free and productive office.
Challenge: A key employee is being exposed to unnecessary disturbance and stress due to the environment (clutter, bad lighting, subconscious disturbance from hallway) causing him to lose focus, spend time on distractions and to manage headaches and unhealthy stress.
Before

After

Solution: We made his space “lively” and productive. Better positioning, a bigger and more efficient desk, applications of soothing but inspirational colour, and more friendly and healthy lighting.
Affect: Keeping a key staff member (along with his valuable knowledge and expertise) by supplying him with a much efficient and healthy office environment to focus and be creative and productive. The cost of key employee turnover were avoided and the saving went straight to the bottom line.
Gravelstone
Goal: To attract the right clientele.
Challenge: The appearance and atmosphere of this Real Estate Agent gave caused them to attract an unintended clientele outside their audience. The agent wanted high end clients, but was attracting low end “discount” clients.
Before

After

Solution: We helped them to create a professional, instinct and strong signal by changing colours (both interior and exterior), lighting, flooring and layout of agency location.
Affect: A complete renewal of clientele demographics was achieved. Sales went up 30% alone first year.
Humanition Group
Goal: To create and deliver a professional, innovative and positive image to clients entering the reception.
Challenge: To reflect the innovative products and professional services the software company can offer their potential clients in an atmosphere that attracts attention when entering the reception area.
Before

After

Solution: We added an accent colour and switched out the large painting. Small changes — BIG difference!
Affect: Company executives noticed immediately that the potential clients visiting the office appeared to be more enthusiastic and clear that they had come to visit a professional and viable vendor. 15% increase in orders was achieved due to shortened sales cycles.
Idebolig (Architect firm)
Goal: An open office space that WORKS!
Challenge: An open office brings many benefits, but there are things to consider for it to be an efficient environment and to ensure it does not encourage chaos. The current space was suffering from constant disturbance, clutter and frustration.
Before

After

Solution: We created a less disturbing layout by limiting clutter. We created a central meeting area for longer conversations. We added lively lighting and accent colour to add more inspiration, innovation and motivation when working in the space.
Effect: The staff experienced a much more efficient work environment where personal space was also respected. They increased their ability to be productive, started to meet deadlines every time and encountered less headache and frustration. Productivity went up 20%.
